Welcome to Cherry Lane Children's Centre Here at Cherry Lane, we are a family owned and run 62 place Early learning Centre. Cherry Lane has been a part of the Seaford community since 2010. At Cherry Lane we believe all children excel in their learning where they can be hands on in a natural environment. We believe that children should have access to natural play spaces, we encourage outdoor play in all weather and bare foot play. We have digging patches, moveable outdoor equipment, community garden with vegetable patches and fruit trees. Our classrooms reflect the natural outdoor spaces, with timber furniture and natural materials. We believe that children benefit from child-led play and learning as it fosters cognitive growth, social skills and emotional development. Child- led play promotes creativity and problem solving as children directs their own activities which also builds on their confidence, independence and lifelong love of learning. Funded 4 and 3 year old Kindergarten 4 Year old kindergarten Our funded kindergarten program runs 5 days a week. Our kinder teacher works with the children all day every day. This enables the children to have consistancy in teachers and have the opportunity to learn with a qualified kinder teacher. 3 year old kinder Our 3 year old kinder program runs on a Tuesday, this program is all day with the Kinder teacher and 4-year-old kinder students.

We provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack. All meals are based on the recommended nutritional requirements for children, we cater for all allergies, intolerances, religious beliefs and babies transitioning to solid foods. Our menus are 4 weekly rotating and change with the seasons. Learning Spaces Our classrooms and outdoor areas. At Cherry Lane we have 4 classrooms and outdoor areas Babies room consist of 12 places Toddlers room consists of 12 places Pre-kinder room consists of 17 places Kinder room consists of 17 places Coming in 2026 Our own nature outdoor area. We have created a space where we have an outdoor classroom, fire pit and mass planted space for children to wander through nature and explore

Tours There is no need to make an appointment to see our service, we have an open-door policy. Please come Monday-Friday any time between 9am-3pm. You will be given an enrolment pack, which contains all the information you need to know
